Description: I created an Etsy shop where I sell prints of my paintings.
Rationale: Selling my artwork has given me insight on advertising my own work, and communicating with customers.

Description: I taught an after school art program at Olympia West elementary. Most of the students made cards for their moms for mothers day.
Rationale: This allowed me to practice teaching art to a classroom. I have learned much from my time doing Y-PALS such as how to manage a classroom, and keeping kids engaged.

Description: I post my artwork on Tik Tok. I do this to promote myself and connect with other artists.
Rationale: Communicating with other artists online is a great way to learn more about the larger art world, and learn more about modern art that is being made.

Description: I am currently employed at the Little Art School in Bloomington. Since working there I have learned a lot about art education and finding my passion for teaching. Below are pictures from a class where we glued wood pieces together and made small sculptures.
Rationale: By working with children of all ages I have gained insight on how students respond to certain projects and the best ways to connect with them.
